HACIENDO CIRCULAR A TRAVES DEL LUMEN DE LAS FIBRAS DEL HAZ UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE PERIODATO SODICO A UNA CONCENTRACION DE 0,7-21 MG/CM3, A UNA VELOCIDAD DE CIRCULACION DE 300-500 MM3/MINUTO REFERIDO A 1 MM2 DE AREA DE SECCION TRASVERSAL DEL LUMEN, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 15-30 C DURANTE UN TIEMPO NO SUPERIOR A 70 MINUTOS. SE SEPARA EL AGENTE EN EXCESO MEDIANTE LAVADO Y SE ANCLA DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE LA ENZIMA AL MATERIAL ACTIVADO MEDIANTE ENLACES COVALENTES. ES APLICABLE A TODAS LA SENZIMAS EN EL CAMPO DE LA BIO-INGENIERIA HUMANA, TAL COMO ENZIMAS DE LA SERIE DE LIGANDINA.
