CONSISTE EN CONVERTIR UN ETER 2-BROMOBENZHIDRILALCOHILO INFERIOR EN SU DERIVADO DE LITIO, CONDENSANDOLO A CONTINUACION CON UNA 4-DIALCOHILO INFERIOR-AMINOCICLOHEXANONA. SE OBTIENE UN CICLOHEXANOL QUE SE CICLISA AL CIS-ISOBENZOFURANO CORRESPONDIENTE. LA CONDENSACION SE EFECTUA SIN AISLAMIENTO DEL DERIVADO DE LITIO, A UNA TEMPERATURA INICIAL PROXIMA A -20-70 GC Y UNA TEMPERATUR FINAL DE -90 A 20 GC. LA CICLIZACION SE CONSIGUE MEDIANTE UN ACIDO MINERAL U ORGANICO TALES COMO EL ACIDO CLORHIDRICO, BROMHIDRICO, SULFURICO, EL ACIDO TRIFLUOROACETICO, METANOSULFONICO O EL PARA-TOLUENSULFONICO.
