PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UNA EMULSION DE SILICONA DE BAJO CONTENIDO EN SOLIDOS, ADECUADA PARA FORMAR UN PRODUCTO ELASTOMERICO POR ELIMINACION DEL AGUA EN CONDICIONES AMBIENTALES. COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS SIGUIENTES: PRIMERA, SOMETER A UNA REACCION DE POLIMERIZACION, EN EMULSION ANIONICA, UN SILOXANO SELECCIONADO DEL GRUPO FORMADO POR POLIDIORGANOXILOXANOS CICICOS, POLIDIORGANOSILOXANOS BLOQUEADOS TERMINALMENTE CON HIDROXILO Y MEZCLAS DE LOS MISMOS, PARA OBTENER UNA EMULSION DE UN POLIORGANOSILOXANO BLOQUEADO TERMINALMENTE CON HIDROXILO, EMPLEANDO PARA HACER DICHA EMULSION UN AGENTE TENSOACTIVO ANIONICO Y AGUA; SEGUNDA, AGREGAR A LA EMULSION PROCEDENTE DE LA ETAPA PRIMERA DE 1 A 150 PARTES EN PESO DE SILICE AMORFA, DE 0 A 200 PARTES EN PESO DE UNA CARGA DISTINTA DE SILICE AMORFA DE 0,1 A 1,5 PARTES EN PESO DE UNA SAL DE ALQUIL-ESTAÑO Y DE 0 A 3 PARTES EN PESO DE UNA AMINA ORGANICA CONSTITUIDA POR CARBONO, HIDROGENO Y NITROGENO O CARBONO, HIDROGENO, NITROGENO Y OXIGENO; SIENDO DICHA AMINA SOLUBLE EN LA CANTIDAD DE AGUA PRESENTE EN LA EMULSION; Y, POR ULTIMO, AJUSTAR EL PH DE LA EMULSION, RESULTANTE DE LA ETAPA SEGUNDA, A UN VALOR IGUAL O SUPERIOR A 9, LIMIANDO LA CANTIDAD DE AGUA EN LA ETAPA PRIMERA, DE MODO QUE EL CONTENIDO EN SOLIDOS DE LA EMULSION DE SILICONA FINAL SEA INFERIOR A 40 POR 100 EN PESO.
