Abstract

1. An alarm glass pane comprising at least two sheets of glass (2 and 3) which are connected together with the use of a metallic spacer frame (4) to form a insulating glass pane with an air gap therein and of which one glass sheet (2) consists of tempered glass, and within the spacer frame (4) on the surface adjacent to the air gap it carries a printed and fused-on electrical alarm loop (10), which at its ends has broad terminal surfaces (12), with which lead wires (14) leading to an alarm circuit are soldered, and the leads leading to the printed alarm loop (10) between the glass sheets arranged with an air gap between them extend out of the air gap of the insulating glass pane, characterized in that the broad terminal surfaces (12) for the lead wires (14) are arranged in a known manner in the marginal part of the tempered glass sheet (2), and in that the conductor sections (11 and 11') connecting the alarm loop (2) as such with the terminal surfaces (12) placed outside the spacer frame (4) are covered over by an electrically insulating and enamel-like guard layer (16) which is printed on these conductor sections (11 and 11'), and is also fused on.
