Abstract
Método para sustituir en continuo el revestimiento de caucho de un molino rotativo, cuando el revestimiento se desgasta, consistiendo el revestimiento, en el estado inicial, en zonas adyacentes paralelas al eje rotacional del molino, variando la altura de las zonas en la dirección periférica del molino, caracterizado porque las barras de caucho que se usan son de igual anchura y porque se emplean barras completamente nuevas de solamente una altura, de manera que cuando el revestimiento se desgasta las barras inutilizadas por desgaste son reemplazadas por desgaste son reemplazadas en secuencia, las barras removidas son seleccionadas en unas pocas categorías de acuerdo con su altura, habiendo sido adecuadamente seleccionadas las categorías sobre la base del perfil de revestimiento, y se descartan las barras desajustadas que no emparejan con la mayoría del grupo inutilizado por desgaste, y porque las barras removidas, son reemplazadas por nuevas barras con el fin de mantener una variación adecuada en la altura de las barras en la dirección periférica del molino, en cuyo caso, se usan de acuerdo con la necesidad, barras reordenadas completamente nuevas y reemplazadas.
