Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de tiazolidin-2-tionas de fórmulas generales 1 y 2 *** (Fórmulas 1 y 2) *** donde R1 significa hidrógeno o un resto alquilo o alquenilo de cadena recta, ramificada o cíclica, que en caso dado puede estar interrumpido por heteroátomos (CO, S, N) o significa un resto arilo, donde los restos mencionados pueden estar, en caso dado también sustituidos por grupos mono- o dialquilamino alcoxi, alquiltio y/o halógeno, y, en el caso de un resto arilo, estar adicionalmente presente un resto alquilo, R2 y R3 son iguales o diferentes y significan hidrógeno, un resto alquilo o un resto fenilo, donde los restos alquilo pueden estar enlazados entre sí a un miembro de 5 o de 6 miembros, R4 y R5 significan hidrógeno, un resto alquilo o vinilo y R6 significa un grupo alquileno o fenileno, por reacción de aminoalcoholes correspondientes con sulfuro de carbono, caracterizado porque el sulfuro de carbono se alimenta en una proporción cuantitativa molar con respecto al aminoalcohol de como mínimo 4:1 y porque la reacción se realiza a temperaturas de 145-200ºC y a presión normal hasta 100 bar.
