Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de 1-desoxino-jirimicina por cultivo de cepas de la familia bacillaceae en soluciones nutrientes a temperaturas de 15 hasta 80ºC bajo ventilación en los recipientes de fermentación usuales y ulterior aislamiento, caracterizado porque en la solución nutriente, como fuente de nitrógeno, se emplea sorbita.
