Abstract

Método de formación de un dispositivo de válvula de servo dirección que incluye las operaciones de realización de una camisa de válvula hueca, caracterizado porque se hace girar una primera y segunda herramientas de corte (178-180) alrededor de sus ejes centrales, se acopla el interior de la camisa de válvula hueca (72) con las porciones de extremidad externas de las herramientas de corte giratorias en emplazamientos separados con relación a las porciones de extremidad axial de la camisa de válvula, formando simultáneamente unos primero y segundo surcos dispuestos axialmente (100, 102) dotados de porciones de extremidad cerradas en el interior de la camisa de válvula desplazando las primera y segunda herramientas de corte giratorias y la camisa las unas respecto a las otras, al mismo tiempo que se mantienen las herramientas de corte giratorias en contacto con el interior de la camisa de válvula y a continuación se desplazan la camisa de válvula y las herramientas de corte separándolas las unas de las otras.
