Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los frenos de zapata de acción interna provistos de dispositivo compensador del desgaste, que regula automáticamente la posición de las zapatas de freno y comprende una barra de control que se extiende entre las zapatas y está acoplada a una de ellas por mediación de un acoplamiento que tiene un huelgo predeterminado y coopera con la otra zapata de manera que es permitido el desplazamiento axial de la barra con relación a la citada otra zapata en un sentido, lo que compensa el desgaste en el freno, y es impedido en el sentido opuesto, caracterizados porque la barra de control (9;20;36) comprende una porción (15;31;37) que tiene un coeficiente de dilatación térmica substancialmente más alto que el tambor de freno (4).
