Abstract

Procedimiento para la formación de revestimientos carbonados destinados a ser cocidos, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas siguientes: a) disponer lado con lado bloques carbonados pre cocidos dejando entre estos bloques intervalos del orden de 1 a varios centímetros b) introducir a temperatura ambiente en los intervalos entre los bloques, al mismo tiempo que se va compactando, una pasta carbonada constituida por al menos 70% en masa de materias carbonadas calcinadas, un plastificante de alta temperatura, constituido por uno o varios compuestos carbonados orgánicos, y un plastificante de baja temperatura constituido por uno o más compuestos en solución acuosa y c) calentar el revestimiento así realizado a una temperatura suficiente como para cocer la pasta carbonada.
