Abstract

1.Un método para hacer recambiable el amortiguador en un sistema de suspensión independiente de rueda equipado con una caja tubular cerrada en el fondo, a la que está unida la mangueta de sujeción de la rueda y que en su parte superior tiene una tapa no desmontable, mientras que los elementos que hay en el interior de esta caja tubular que son necesarias para la acción amortiguadora, y que son los que se sustituyen, consisten por lo menos en un pistón deslizable en un cilindro, cuyo pistón está unido por un vástago de pistón que atraviesa la tapa del cilindro a una pieza del vehículo a que pertenece la rueda y en el que el pistón con el cilindro y el vástago del pistón con la tapa del cilindro constituyen guías del sistema de soporte de la rueda, caracterizado porque la parte superior de la caja tubular que rodea a la tapa del cilindro sin que esta pueda desmontarse es desprendida por un mecanizado y porque, una vez que se han sacado de la caja tubular los elementos necesarios para la acción amortiguadora, es hecho un orificio en el fondo de la caja tubular, tras lo cual es insertada una unidad amortiguadora de recambio en la caja tubular, por la parte superior de la misma, teniendo esta caja amortiguadora de recambio una tapa incorporada que ajusta en la parte superior de la caja tubular, siendo finalmente sujetada la unidad amortiguadora a la caja tubular por medio de un elemento de fijación que atraviesa el orificio que fue hecho en el fondo de la caja tubular.
