Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en los sistemas filtrantes para metales fundidos y similares, caracterizados por la provisión de cuerpos porosos cerámicos, útiles como material filtrante para metal fundido, que tienen una estructura celular reticular tridimensional con una pluralidad de vacíos interconectados sin obstrucción en dirección alguna, proveyéndose el cuerpo de un tamaño de poro de 25-35 poros por centímetro lineal de cualquier sección en cualquier posición, de un peso específico aparente de 0,3-0,7, de una porosidad de 75-90% y de una pérdida de presión de 4,8-30,0 mm como presión manométrica de agua cuando pasa aire a través de dicho cuerpo de 1 cm de espesor a un régimen de 1 m/seg.
