Abstract

"Procedimiento para la fabricación de borradores de goma a base de cloruro de polivinilo", caracterizado por cuanto en principio utilizando un mezclador de marcha rápida, se procederá a realizar el mezclado del cloruro de polivinilo con un plastificante, procediendose seguidamente a añadir a dicha mezcla una masa de caucho no vulcanizable y de estructura granulosa o en forma de grano, añadiendose a continuación los ingredientes de relleno, que también serán debidamente mezclados, posteriormente dicha masa es secada hasta llevarla a adquirir una estructura pulverulenta, extrusionandose la misma a temperatura escalonada comprendida entre 80 y 150 grados procediendose a continuación al enfriamiento de dicha colada en una baño de agua tras de lo cual, es cortada en los trozos o pedazos apropiados y necesarios.
