SE FORMAN UN COMPUESTO HOMOGENEO QUE CONTIENE, EN PESO, 15-22 POR 100 DE UN ELASTOMERO SELECCIONADO DE ENTRE EL GRUPO CONSISTENTE EN UNA MEZCLA DE CAUCHOS NATURALES Y SINTETICOS, 3-9 POR 100 DE AGENTES PLASTIFICANTES SELECCIONADOS DE ENTRE EL GRUPO QUE CONTIENE RESINA CUMARONA, 8-12 POR 100 DE DESECANTE, 2 POR 100 DE AGENTE VULCANIZANTE, 1-3 POR 100 DE ACTIVADORES Y ACELERADORES Y 50 POR 100 DE UN PIGMENTO O COLORANTE. SE EXTRUYE LA MEZCLA A TRAVES DE UN TROQUEL EXTRUSOR, FORMANDOSE UN CUERPO ALARGADO EN FORMA DE BARRA. SE VULCANIZA EL CUERPO EXTRUIDO MEDIANTE CALENTAMIENTO A 150-180 C DURANTE 10-15 MINUTOS Y SE RECUBRE CON UN TERMOPLASTICO FLEXIBLE.
