Abstract
Procedimiento para producir un jarabe de elevado contenido de dextrosa por sacarificación de un almidón licuado a dextrosa, comprendiendo la mejora de sacarificar el almidón licuado a pH entre 6,0 y 6,5 en presencia de una glucoamilasa obtenida a partir del género Stachybotrys obteniendo de este modo rendimientos mejorados de dextrosa.
