Abstract

A textile surface formed by >=1 thickness of black, absorbent continuous synthetic filaments, having in its thickness different densities which increase from its upper surface towards the bottom, to permit the trickling through the surface zone of a liq., constitutes the solar collector. The collector may be formed by two non-wovens of continuous filaments of different densities, one upon the other the one with the heavier density being impregnated with synthetic resin. As distinct from known collectors, this arrangement is simple to assemble, and is cheap to mfr.
