Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en intercambiadores intermediarios, que comprenden una virola interna cilíndrica de eje vertical, una virola externa coaxial a la virola interna, dos placas de tubos anulares horizontales dispuestas cerca de las extremidades superior e inferior de las virolas, un haz de tubos rectos que se extienden entre las placas de tubo según napas o capas cilíndricas coaxiales a las virolas, estando arriostradas estas napas mutuamente por cinturones transversales formados por bandas horizontales que llevan, elementos de arriostramiento alojados entre los tubos de las napas y en contacto con éstos, colectores de admisión y de evacuación de un fluido secundario que circula por el interior de los tubos que respectivamente están previstos bajo la placa inferior y por encima de la placa superior, formando la virola interna un conducto de llegada del fluido secundario al colector de admisión, mientras que la virola externa se prolonga hacia arriba por un conducto de salida del mismo fluidosecundario recogido en el colector de evacuación tras pasar por los tubos, y ventanas de entrada y de salida repartidas alrededor del eje de la virola externa para la admisión y la evacuación, cerca de las placas de tubos, de un fluido primario que intercambia calorías con el fluido secundario a través de la pared de los tubos, caracterizados porque el haz de tubos comprende medios aptos para realizar una alimentación más importante en la región ocupada por los tubos de las napas internas que en la región ocupada por los tubos de las napas externas, creando los citados medios, en la circulación del fluido primario por el interior del intercambiador, una pérdida de carga variable.
