Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en memorias de burbujas magnéticas , que comprende una capa magnética en la cual se pueden desplazar las burbujas magnéticas y una primera capa eléctricamente conductora superpuesta a la capa magnética y que comprende un modelo o configuración de aberturas a través de la misma, caracterizados porque comprende una segunda capa eléctricamente conductora superpuesta a la primera capa y generalmente aislada de la misma por una capa aislante intermedia, conteniendo la segunda capa un modelo o configuración de aberturas que cooperan con el modelo o configuración de aberturas a través de la primera capa para definir un trayecto para el desplazamiento de burbujas dentro de la cpa magnética al producirse el paso de corriente a través de la primera y la segunda capas.
