Procedimiento para preparar nuevos nucleósidos y nucleótidos de arabinofuranosilo, que tienen actividades útiles antitumorales, antivíricas y antimicrobianas, describiéndose también composiciones farmaceuticas que los contienen. La invención concierne a la preparación de nucleósidos y nucleótidos de 2''-desoxiarabinofuranosilo, que tienen un grupo azido, amino o hidrocarbilamino en el átomo de carbono 2''.
