Abstract

1. Un procedimiento para la preparación de derivados del ácido 7-oxo-1-aza-biciclo(3.2.0)-hept-2-eno-2-carboxilico de fórmula-01 (I): **(Fórmula-01)** o una sal o un éter escindible del mismo, donde A es un grupo donde CH-CH2-CH3 e Y es un grupo -S-CH2-CH2-, -S-CH=CH o -SO- CH=CH; cuyo procedimiento comprende: a) someter a reacción de eliminación de los elementos de un compuesto de fórmula QH o H2O el compuesto de fórmula-02: **(Fórmula-02)** donde Y es el definido anteriormente, Q es R7(O)n-SO2-O u -OH, R7 es un grupo alquilo inferior, arilo o aralquilo inferior, y n es O, o bien R7 es un grupo alquilo inferior, arilo o aralquilo inferior o un catión y n es 1, y CO2R1 es un grupo éter escindible; b) someter el producto de la etapa anterior a reacción de reducción y después, si se desea, desesterificar el grupo carboxilo esterificado.
