Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos en las instalaciones depuradoras de gases, en las que el gas es depurado en una zona de depuración con un lodo que contiene tanto las sustancias sólidas suspendidas, donde una primera cantidad del lodo es descargada desde la zona de depuración a un depósito mezclador, siendo una parte de la mezcla de éste depósito mezclador descargada a un separador para la separación de una parte del líquido de las sustancias sólidas suspendidas y de la parte restante de dicho líquido y donde una segunda cantidad de lodo es transportada junto con los gases, corriente abajo, fuera de ésta zona de depuración, caracterizados por un eliminador de neblina, situado corriente abajo de la referida zona de depuración , por una cuba de dilución, dispuesta corriente abajo del eliminador de neblina, y por medios para la introducción del líquido diluyente en la mencionada cuba de dilución, estando la referida cuba de dilución adaptada a contener un depósito de reserva de líquido diluyente, el cual contiene , por lo menos, una cantidad más reducida de sustancias sólidas en suspensión que el mencionado lodo, adaptándose además la cuba a causar un contacto entre el líquido diluyente dentro del referido depósito y la mencionada cantidad de lodo arrastrado por los gases, por lo que la cantidad de lodo será diluida, conteniendo el material transportado con los gases desde dicho depósito de reserva, por lo menos, una cantidad de sustancias sólidas suspendidas más reducida que la cantidad de sustancias sólidas suspendidas en el referido lodo.
