Abstract

Dispositivo para fabricar piezas moldeadas a base de material sintético termoplástico espumable, con dos mitades de molde, cada una de las cuales contiene una cámara de vapor, que son desplazables axialmente una con relación a la otra, y que se apoyan mutuamente en su posición de cierre junto a un plano de separación que discurre transversalmente con respecto a la dirección axial de desplazamiento y , con dos elementos de inserción de molde, que alojan el material durante el proceso de espumado, los cuales determinan la forma exterior de las piezas moldeadas, caracterizado porque para cerrar po el lado frontal las cámaras para vapor previstas sendas paredes transversales, las cuales son desplazables axialmente de modo divergente desde la mitad de cámara para vapor con el fin de formar una rendija que une el espacio interior de cada cámara para vapor con el aire circundante, que aumenta la velocidad de enfriamiento.
