Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de morfoluro de ácido 2-benztiazolilsulfénico por reacción de disulfuro 2-benztiazolílico, mercaptobenztiazol o su sal sódica con morfolina bajo la actuación de un medio de oxidación en medio acuoso, caracterizado porque de la suspensión obtenida se separa el producto de reacción en estado fundido por: a) calentamiento de la suspensión bajo fusión del producto de reacción sólido, b) rápida separación a continuación de la fase fusión de la fase acuosa y, c) eliminación de las partes volátiles aún existentes en la fase fusión, siendo la suma de los tiempos de residencia entre el comienzo y el final de las tres etapas de procedimiento a) hasta c) no superior a 15 minutos.
