Abstract
Mejoras en un procedimiento para la obtención de ácido 7-amino-3-(((2-metil-1,3,4-tiadiazol-5-il)-tio)-metil)-3-cefem-4- carboxílico o una sal del mismo, libres de impurezas coloreadas, por reacción de desplazamiento nucleofilico del grupo acetoxi del ácido 7-amino-cefalosporánico con 5-metil-1,3,4-tiadiazol-2-tiol en una solución acuosa, cuya mejora consisten en tratar dicho ácido 7-amino-3(((2-metil-1,3,4-tiadiazol-5-il)-tio)-metil)-3-cefem-4-carboxílico o una sal del mismo con un agente reductor seleccionado del grupo formado por sulfito sódico y ditionito sódico simultánea o posteriormente a su obtención y recuperar dicho ácido o una sal del mismo decolorado de la solución.
