Abstract
Compuestos químicos y más particularmente a sales de amonio cuaternario de dentroleno (1- [[[5-4-(4-nitrofenil)-2-furenil]metilen]amino]-2,4-imidazolidindiona) y clodanoleo (1-[[[5- (3,4-diclorofenil)-2-furanil]metilen]amino]-2,4-imidazolidindiona) de la fórmula**fórmula** donde X es 4-nitro o 3,4-dicloro y +NR4 es n_metilpiridinio, 3,7-diamino-2,8-dimetil-5- fenilfenazinio, 2,3-dimetil1-fenil-4-trimetilamonio-3-pirazolin-5-ona, 1,3-dimetilimidazolio, colina y 2-metil-2-trimetilamonio-1-propanol. Estas sales poseen actividad farmacológica. Son particularmente notables en su efecto relajante de los músculos esqueléticos cuando se administran a animales de sangre caliente.
