Abstract

Procedimiento para la laminación de flejes de metal, mediante bastidores de cilindros, en los que los cilindros rotativos en direcciones opuestas entre sí, pertenecientes unos a otros a pares, se impulsan con velocidad periférica diferenciada y en ello el fleje metálico rodeada cada uno de los cilindros por lo menos sobre una parte de su contorno y en la que la reducción de grosor del fleje metálico se produce por generación de tensiones de empuje diferenciadas en las diferentes zonas de sección transversal del material mediante resbalamiento corredizo de los cristales, caracterizado porque la regulación final de grosor para el material de laminación se efectúa conservando una relación de diferencia de velocidad periférica predeterminada entre los distintivos cilindros de los pares de cilindros del bastidor de resbalamiento corredizo, respectivamente de laminación de empuje solamente por regulación de la disminución de calado en un bastidor de cilindros al cuarto, antepuesto y/o pospuestoal bastidor de resbalamiento corredizo, respectivamente de laminación de empuje.
