Abstract

1. Un procedimiento para la preparación de 5-fenil-2-oxazol-carboximidamidas de fórmula: **(Fórmula-01)** donde X es hidrogeno, nitro o cloro, cuyo procedimiento comprende: a) Hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula: **( Fórmula-02)** donde X es el definido anteriormente, con clorhidrato de hidroxilamina, para obtener la correspondiente oxima de fórmula: **(Fórmula-03)** donde X tiene el significado anterior; b) hacer reaccionar la oxima procedente de la etapa anterior con acetato sódico anhidro en anhídrido acético para obtener el correspondiente nitrilo de fórmula: **(Fórmula-04) donde X tiene el significado anterior; c) hacer reaccionar el nitrilo procedente de la etapa anterior con metóxido sódico, en metanol como disolvente para obtener el correspondiente imidato de fórmula: **(Fórmula- 05)** donde X es el definido anteriormente; d)hacer reaccionar el imidato procedente de la etapa anterior con cloruro amónico empleado metanol como disolvente, para obtener el producto deseado.
