Abstract

Un dispositivo de cabeza mezcladora para producir una mezcla, con preferencia químicamente reactiva, a partir, de, al menos, dos componentes para material sintético, con una cámara de mezcla que tiene aberturas de entrada para los componentes individuales del material sintético y una abertura de salida para la mezcla, con un pistón de mando que tiene canales de rebose, dispuesto en la cámara de mezcla, conducido en un ánima de la caja, que puede moverse en vaivén desde una posición en la que deja libres las aberturas de entrada (fase de mezcla) hasta otra en la zona de la abertura de salida, que bloque entonces las aberturas de entrada respecto a la cámara de mezcla (fase exenta de mezcla) pero que, al mismo tiempo, reúne las aberturas den entrada por medio de los canales de rebose con conductos de retorno para los distintos componentes del material sintético, caracterizada porque la pared del ánima de la caja es elástica, y puede modificarse el ánima de la caja en lo que respecta a su diámetro, de tal modo que entre la pared y el pistón de mando resulte un asiento especialmente estanco.
