Abstract

Perfeccionados en refrigeradores rápidos para líquidos, caracterizados esencialmente porque consisten en obtener un acumulador de frío transferible a un intercambiador de calor que actúa independientemente respecto al acumulador el cual es capaz de acumular frigorías antes, durante y después de transferir sus frigorías al intercambiador, y caracterizado además porque consisten en conducir el líquido a refrigerar al paso de un fluido refrigerante, en el interior del intercambiador de calor, siendo el fluido refrigerador procedente de un instalación frigorífica que alimenta al acumulador convenientemente aislado el cual conecta con el intercambiador de calor mediante una tubería provista de una bomba impulsora independiente de la bomba que activa el líquido a refrigerar.
