Abstract

Un apparecchio per la produzione di ghiaccio per l'impiego in un frigorifero/freezer domestico produce corpi di ghiaccio trasparenti. L'apparecchio per la produzione di ghiaccio comprende un supporto disposto in modo che su di esso venga a formarsi un corpo di ghiaccio. Il supporto è refrigerato ad una temperatura inferiore al punto di congelamento ed un contenitore adatto a ricevere una certa quantità di acqua viene mosso affinché l'acqua liquida contenuta in esso si muova uniformemente intorno al supporto in modo che un corpo sostanzialmente simmetrico di ghiaccio trasparente si formi progressivamente verso l'esterno, sul supporto refrigerato.
