Abstract

El presente invento se refiere a un sistema de control electrónico para una máquina de formación de artículos de vidrio de secciones individuales. La máquina tiene medios para formar masas gutiformes de vidrio fundido, una pluralidad de secciones individuales para formar artículos de cristalería y medios para alimentar las masas gutiformes de vidrio fundido a las secciones individuales. El dispositivo de almacenamiento de datos almacena programas de control para el ordenador supervisor de la máquina y tanto programas de control como historiales de tareas para los ordenadores de secciones individuales. El ordenador supervisor de la máquina carga los ordenadores de secciones individuales con los programas de control e historiales de tareas para formar un artículo de cristalería particular. Cada ordenador de secciones individuales genera entonces las señales de control requeridas para accionar los medios de formación de las sección asociada. Una consola de operador se sección está prevista en cada sección para hacer posible que el operador de la máquina cambie los datos de temporización para cualquiera de la funciones de formación. La consola de operador de sección está al ordenador de secciones individuales, el cual lee el cambio de temporización y sustituye los correspondientes datos de temporización previos. A intervalos predeterminados, el ordenador supervisor de la máquina lee los datos de temporización en curso o actuales de cada uno de los ordenadores de secciones individuales y almacena estos datos actuales en el dispositivo de almacenamiento de datos. Así, los datos de temporización actuales para cada sección individual están siempre disponibles para el momento siguiente en que la tarea está en curso o si se produjese un fallo de energía que destruyese el contenido de la memoria fugaz o volátil en el ordenador de secciones individuales. En respuesta a la restauración de energía después de un fallo de energía, el ordenador supervisor de la máquina recarga automáticamente los ordenadores de secciones individuales con los datos de temporización procedentes del dispositivo de almacenamiento de datos.
