Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the time for portioning parts by introducing a micro- computer to command over the portioning work for a plural of assembly lines, by performing display using lamps, and by eliminating thereby reference to the particular parts spread schedule for the model to be placed on assembly. CONSTITUTION:A parts storing shelf 1 stores the parts to be portioned, which are sent to the next station when a sensor 2 informs that the portioning is completed. The portioning pallet 3 with the parts on it is transported by a conveyor for two or more overall assembly lines. The system is further furnished with a disc drive device 11, which puts in memory the numbers of parts shelves to be portioned on the portioning station 10, and a micro-computer 12, which performs lighting of the lamps at each station and control of input signals etc. The lamp of the parts shelf to be portioned is lighted up to instruct operators the respective portioning contents.
