Abstract

Aparato y método para controlar la proporción de alimentación de un producto de petróleo a un sistema de tambor de coquificación, comprendiendo la combinación de: un tambor de coquificación para formar un producto de coque a partir de petróleo y que tiene un nivel previamente establecido de tambor de coquificación; medios medidores para producir una primera señal representativa de medir el régimen de flujo del producto de petróleo a medida que circula hacia el interior de dicho tambor de coquificación; medios convertidores de analógico en digital para producir información de señal binaria que corresponde a dicha primera señal; medios de integración para computar una cantidad incremental de petróleo suministrado a dicho tambor de coquificación a partir de dicha información de señal binaria que representa dicho régimen de flujo; medios acumuladores para recibir cada cantidad incremental de petróleo suministrado y almacenar una cantidad totalizada del mismo; medios de almacenamiento para recibir parámetros predeterminados del sistema de coquificación; medios para predecir un régimen óptimo de flujo de petroleo que emplea dicha cantidad totalizada almacenada en dichos medios acumuladores y dichos parámetros predeterminados del sistema de coquificacion de tal manera que se produce una cantidad optima de coque en dicho tambor de coquificacion; primeros medios de salida sensibles a dichos medios de predicción para producir una señal de salida de datos que representa dicho régimen optimo de flujo de petroleo; medios convertidores de digital en analógico para producir una primera señal analógica que corresponde a dicho régimen de flujo óptimo; y medios de control de régimen de flujo sensibles a dichos medios convertidores de digital en analógico para regular el régimen de flujo de petróleo de tal manera que el petróleo es suministrado a dicho tambor de coquificación a dicho régimen de flujo óptimo.
