Abstract

Un procedimiento de fabricación de aminas a partir de alcoholes, en el que se obtienen etilendiamina y piperazina por reacción catalítica en fase heterogénea de etanolamina y amoniaco, caracterizado porque la reacción se efectúa en presencia de un catalizador de aminación constituido por un metal activo, de la familia de los metales de transición, cuyo contenido representa el 30 al 70% del peso del catalizador, fijado uniformemente en un edificio poroso refractario de superficie específica comprendida entre 10 y 300 m2/g y de diámetro de poros inferior a 5.000 angstroms.
