Abstract

Instalación para fabricar almidones modificados, caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende una primera centrifuga separadora de liquido, unida a una alimentación de leche de almidón, cuya salida de torta esta unida a una cuba de dilución dispuesta en serie con un mezclador provisto de traídas de reactivos apropiados, y con un eventual calentador que desemboca en un recinto de reacción, provisto a su vez de conductos de introducción adecuados y cuya salida esta unida a una segunda centrifuga separadora de liquido de almidón modificado, estando conectado el conducto de salida de filtrado de esta ultima al circuito.
