Abstract

Un procedimiento de preparación de estructuras ligadas de resina de olefinas-metal, que comprende las operaciones de aplicar una pintura de recubrimiento inferior sobre un sustrato de metal para formar una capa de imprimación y unir por fusión una capa de resina de olefinas al sustrato de metal a través de la capa de imprimación, en donde dicha pintura de recubrimiento inferior comprende (a) una resina de olefinas modificada con monómeros etilénicamente no saturados que contienen grupos polares, con un contenido de grupos polares en una concentración de 0,01 a 200 miliequivalentes por 100 g del polímero, y que tiene un grado de cristalización de al menos 50% y (B) una resina de base formadora de película de recubrimiento, en una proporcionen peso de (A)/(B) de desde 0,2/99,8 a 40/60 y dicha capa de imprimación tiene una estructura de distribución de capas múltiples que tiene tales gradientes de concentración de ambos componentes (A) y (B) con relación a la dirección del espesor que la resina de base (B) se distribuye predominantemente en la porción contigua a la superficie del sustrato de metal, y la resina de olefinas modificada (A) se distribuye predominantemente en la porción contigua a la superficie de la capa de resina de olefina y en donde cuando dicha capa de imprimación se divide en tres subcapas con respecto a la dirección del espesor, la proporción de distribución definida por la fórmula siguiente Dx=Wx X 10.000/W X CA donde Dx representa la proporción de distribución , W representa el peso (Mg/dm2) de la capa de imprimación por unidad de superficie , Ca representa el contenido medio (% en peso) de la resina de olefina modificada en la capa de imprimación y Wx representa el peso (mg/dm2) de la resina de olefinas modificada en cada subcapa por unidad de área, es al menos 50% en la subcapa (Ls) contigua a la capa de resina de olefina, y la proporción de distribución no es mayor de 10% en la subcapa (lB) contigua a la superficie del sustrato de metal.
