Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de coronas y puentes a base aleaciones de oro para fines odontológicos, caracterizado por el hecho de que se hace el vacío a una presión de 10 -5 mbar en una mezcla integrada por 80 a 90% de oro, 5 a 15% de platino, 0,5 a 10% de paladio, 0,5 a 3% de rodio, 0,1 a 3% de indio y 0 a 3% de estaño, se funde esta mezcla bajo barrido con nitrógeno a temperaturas superiores a 1.500ºC y se cuela bajo una atmósfera de gas protector, se enfría lentamente la pieza colada hasta la temperatura ambiente, y a continuación se calienta esta pieza a 950ºC durante 10 minutos hasta 1 hora y se enfría bruscamente con agua.
