Abstract

1.Método de fabricación de un conjunto de estator de máquina dinamoeléctrica que incluye un núcleo magnético dotado de ranuras dispuestas axialmente, por lo menos un devanado formado de espiras múltiples de un conductor y que tiene unas porciones de espiras de extremidad dispuestas alrededor de, por lo menos, una cara del núcleo magnético, y por lo menos dos terminales interconectados eléctricamente con los hilos de toma de por lo menos un devanado, incluyendo dicho método las operaciones que consiste en: a) guiar los hilos de toma de por lo menos un devanado hasta una región de conexión común; b) conectar un primer terminal con, por lo menos, un hilo de toma y establecer así un unto de conexión; c) conectar un segundo terminal con, por lo menos, otro hilo de toma estableciendo así otro punto de conexión; d) situar un aislador de conexión que tiene una pluralidad de fundas encima de los puntos de conexión, situándose cada punto de conexión en el interior de una funda respectiva para soportar y aislar eléctricamente cada punto de conexión; e) situar y retener dicho aislador de conexión contra la periferia externa de las porciones de espiras extremas de, por lo menos, un devanado; y f) sujetar el aislador de conexiones sobre las porciones de espiras extremas en su periferia externa disponiendo un material de atadura alrededor de las porciones de espiras extremas y el aislador de conexión.
