Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de derivados de 6-tiatetraciclina, caracterizado porque mezclas de epímero de 1,44a 5,5a,6,11,12a-octahidro-3,12-dihidroxi-1,11-dioxo-6-tia- natacen-2-carboxamidas se transforman por tratamiento con una base, en caso dado en presencia de un disolvente inerte a temperaturas entre 15 y 120º con una relación de tiempo que a 20º asciende a 12 horas y a 50º aproximadamente 1 hora.
