METODO PARA PREPARAR EL ACIDO 2-(2, 6-DICLOROANILINO)-FENILACETICO. CONSISTE EN CALENTAR EL DERIVADO DE ACETILO DE LA 4, 5, 6, 7-TETRAHIDRO-N-(2, 6-DICLOROFENIL)-ISATINA EN PRESENTECIA DE UNA MEZCLA DE UNA ACIDO ADIPICO Y PIRIDINA. EL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE SE HIDROLIZA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE NAOH EN PRESENCIA DE SULFITO SODICO; EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO SE RETIRA MEDIANTE FILTRACION DESPUES DE LA ACIDIFICACION. LA TEMPERATURA DEL CALENTAMIENTO DEPENDE DEL TIEMPO QUE DURE EL MISMO, ASI COMO EL ACIDO Y LA BASE ELEGIDOS. LA ADICION DEL SULFITO SODICO EN UNA CUANTIA DEL 1 POR 100 EN PESO ELEVA EL RENDIMIENTO DE LA HIDROLISIS EN APROXIMADAMENTE UN 5 POR 100 Y DE UN PRODUCTO DE GRADO MAS ELEVADO.
