PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE LA LACTAMA DEL ACIDO 2-(2,6-DICLORAOANILINO)-FENILACETICO. SE BASA EN LA REACCION DEL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE X ES H, CH3CO O CH3, POR CALENTAMIENTO A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 220 A 230 GC DURANTE 30 MINUTOS A 3 HORAS, EN PRESENCIA DE UN EXCESO DE 20 A 40 VECES DE UNA BASE ORGANICA Y EN EXCESO DE 10 A 20 VECES DE UN ACIDO ORGANICO. DURANTE LA REACCION SE DEJAN DESTILAR LOS PRODUCTOS VOLATILES. TERMINADA ESTA SE ENFRIA A 100 GC, SE FILTRA Y CRISTALIZA. LA LACTAMA OBTENIDA SE PUEDE HIDROLIZAR POR TRATAMIENTO CON NAOH, MEJOR EN PRESENCIA DE NA2SO3, Y TRATAR CON ACIDO MINERAL PARA OBTENER EL ACIDO CORRESPONDIENTE. EL ACIDO 2-(2,6-DICOLOROANILINO)-FENILACETICO TIENE APLICACIONES TERAPEUTICAS COMO AGENTE ANTIRREUMATICO Y ANTIFLOGISTICO. *FORMULA*
