Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en estructuras de pared para edificios, del tipo de las que comprenden una característica de desprendimiento controlado, caracterizados por el hecho de disponer, en combinación: un esqueleto de edificio que incluye un primer miembro de bastidor y un segundo miembro de bastidor separado del primero; un panel compuesto que cubre la distancia entre el primer y el segundo miembros de bastidor y tiene un extremo de panel solapado al primer miembro de bastidor, cuyo panel comprende un forro exterior, un forro interior y un núcleo estructural dispuesto entre dichos forros y que los fija entre si en relación de transferencia de cizallamiento; medios de retención que sujetan de forma desprendible el extremo de panel al primer miembro de bastidor; y teniendo el panel compuesto una discontinuidad emplazada entre el primer y el segundo miembros de bastidor y formada en al menos una de las superficies de uno de los forros, a lo largo de una línea que se extiende generalmente paralelaa un borde próximo del primer miembro de bastidor y separada una distancia elegida del mismo, cuya discontinuidad reduce la resistencia al doblado del panel compuesto de manera que la estructura de pared es apta para desengancharse de los medios de retención bajo una carga aplicada, determinada por la distancia elegida, y abatirse en la dirección de dicha carga, aun permaneciendo conectado positivamente al segundo miembro de bastidor.
