Abstract
Un circuito eléctrico de retardo perfeccionado que comprende una cadena de una pluralidad de (al menos tres) secciones "todo paso" con respuesta de amplitud constante y respuestas de fase mutuamente idénticas en función de la frecuencia, caracterizado porque las secciones todo paso que están integradas sobre un cuerpo semiconductor comprenden cada una dos derivaciones, la primera de las cuales tiene un carácter resistivo (derivación, resistiva) y la segunda tiene un carácter capacitivo (derivación capacitiva), aplicándose una señal eléctrica de entrada a un terminal de entrada de tal sección dividiéndola en una primera y una segunda componentes de señal para cada una de dichas derivaciones, mientras que la primera componente de señal está aplicada a la entrada de un primer amplificador semiconductor que presenta consumo de señal despreciable, a través de al menos una resistencia, y la segunda componente de señal está aplicada a la entrada de un segundo amplificador semiconductor que presenta consumo de señal despreciable, a través de al menos un condensador, después de lo cual las señales eléctricas de salida del primero y segundo amplificadores se combinan y (excepto en lo que respecta a la última sección de la cadena) se aplican a un terminal de entrada de una sección subsiguiente.
