Abstract

Método y su correspondiente dispositivo para retirar las estructuras internas del cuerpo cilíndrico de un generador de vapor para la instalación de una nueva estructura interna, teniendo dicho generador de vapor una placa de tubos montada en él con una pluralidad de tubos de cambio térmico que se extienden hacia arriba a partir de la placa de tubos para formar un haz de tubos y una envoltura que rodea el haz de tubos, estando el generador de vapor orientado verticalmente en un recipiente de contención, caracterizado porque el cuerpo cilíndrico se divide por medio de un corte circunferencial; la parte superior del cuerpo cilíndrico se retira y se coloca una campana sobre la porción inferior del cuerpo cilíndrico; una barquilla de trabajo se hace bajar a partir de dicha campana en dicho cuerpo cilíndrico; se retiran los tubos en secciones a partir del cuerpo cilíndrico con la ayuda de un equipo asociado con dicha barquilla mientras que se hace que el aire contenido en dicho cuerpo cilíndricofluya hacia abajo a través del cuerpo cilíndrico mediante la extracción del aire a partir de la parte inferior del cuerpo cilíndrico, filtrándose el aire efluente para eliminar las partículas de material que pueda contener.
