Abstract
Un método de fabricar dulces ensartados o pirulíes, que consta del suministro de un cuerpo continuo o cordón de confitería, la separación de unas piezas de confitería respecto del cordón, el prensado previo de las piezas de confitería, el suministro de palitos, la inserción o introducción de los palitos en las piezas de confitería, el prensado sucesivo de las piezas provistas de palito para convertirlas en pirulíes y el ulterior transporte de los pirulíes, caracterizado por el hecho de que la separación de las piezas de confitería tiene lugar por medio de una estampa cortante que describe un movimiento de subida y bajada en el plano vertical y, cada vez, traslada o transfiere una pieza de confitería a un cabezal de producción en el cual hay ya presente un palito parcialmente introducido y en el cual se prensa previamente la pieza de confitería, después de lo cual se introduce al palito a mayor profundidad en la pieza de confitería durante la rotación del cabezal de producción hasta llegar auna posición sucesiva en la cual, por medio de una estampa de prensar que se mueve de un lado a otro en dirección radial, tiene lugar el prensado sucesivo de los pirulíes, volviéndose a hacer girar luego el cabezal de producción en una distancia determinada, hacia una posición en la que el pirulí es expulsado del cabezal de producción.
