Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en aparatos de control de brillo para señales de video en un sistema que comprende un canal de transmisión de la señal de video para elaborar una señal de video representativa de la imagen que tiene intervalos de imagen periódicamente cíclicos, o intervalos de supresión de la imagen dispuestos entre intervalos de imagen sucesivos y que contienen un nivel de supresión determinativo del brillo de la imagen, caracterizados porque en los aparatos se disponen medios para proporcionar una señal de referencia representativa del nivel de supresión de la imagen deseado; medios para comparar la señal de referencia y el nivel de supresión durante el intervalo de supresión para proporcionar una señal de control de salida indicativa de una diferencia entre la señal de referencia y el nivel de supresión; y medios para acoplar la salida de los medios de comparación al canal de transmisión de la señal, con el fin de variar el nivel de supresión en la dirección necesaria para reducir la diferencia a un mínimo.
