Abstract

Una lámpara de descarga de vapor de sodio de alta presión que comprende un tubo de descarga que contiene xenón y también sodio, teniendo el tubo de descarga una forma cilíndrica circular, estando provisto el tubo de descarga en cada extremo de un electrodo interno respectivo, y en donde Pxenon > Psodio, donde Pxenon representa la presión en Torr. del xenón en el tubo de descarga a 300º kelvin y Psodio representa la presión de vapor de sodio en Torr. en el tubo de descarga durante el estado de funcionamiento de la lámpara.
