Abstract

Válvula de mariposa que tiene un cuerpo que rodea un conducto sustancialmente cilíndrico y una aleta de cierre que oscila en el interior del conducto, estando el cuerpo provisto de una porción de estanqueidad elástica anular con la cual la periferia de la aleta se acopla en la posición de cierre, saliendo la porción de estanqueidad a partir de la base de una cavidad anular formada en la superficie interna del cuerpo y sobresaliendo radialmente hacia el interior hasta una posición situada sustancialmente al mismo nivel que la superficie que define el conducto, y estando dotada en cada lado de un labio más estrecho en su base que en su periferia, que sobresale axialmente y que está separado del lado adyacente de la cavidad.
