Abstract

The decamethylene-1,10-dimercapto derivatives of formula: < IMAGE > in which A is C(=NH)NH2, CH(CO2H)CH2CO2H, CH(CO2R)CH2CO2R, CH 2CH2CO2H, CH2CH2CO2R, CH2CO2R, CH(CH3)CO2R, R being a C1-C3 lower alkyl group, and corresponding thiouronium salts when A is C(=NH)NH2, may be used in therapy as normolipidaemic medicaments.
