Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de una solución enteral o parenteral de iones calcio y fosfato, apta para el equilibrio metabólico del organismo en tratamientos clínicos o terapéuticos, caracterizado porque esencialmente comprende combinar una solución portadora de calcio, bien como sal ionizada o bien acomplejado por componentes terapéuticamente aceptables que presentan concentraciones de sal o de complejo tales que proporcionan dosis de calcio inferiores a 400 mgr/l u opcionalmente de hasta varias decenas de grs/l con compuestos fosfarados en cuyas moléculas el ión fosfato está unido por un enlace osídico, selectivamente del tipo éster-fosfato, preferentemente éster-fosforado de osas y más especialmente glocusa-l-fosfato sódido, completar a continuación el volumen final hasta el nivel de dosificación terapéutica y, particularmente, tamponar la solución antes de completar su volumen a pH inferior a 6,5 cuando la proporción de calcio es superior a 400 mg, por litro o bien llevando el pH aniveles más bajos y calentando durante la preparación cuando la proporción de calcio es más elevada.
